Conroy Warren’s “Music Pepper Pot” is a mixture of idioms, rhythm, harmony, melody, sound and mood; This style woven together creates a unique flavor, that is rich in tradition with today’s sound and energy. This genre is rooted in Calypso, Meringue and Reggae music of the West Indies, along with influences from West African high-life music; As well as, African -American Rhythm and Blues, Jazz and Rock and Roll.
The creative genius behind Music Pepper Pot, is Conroy Warren, a Berklee College trained musician with multiple decades of performance experience. The essence and quality in his music define the unique characteristic of “Music Pepper Pot” which similarly that is evident in his original compositions, and particularly in the arrangements of his cover songs.
ConroyWarren’s style of music fusion, is attributed to the knowledge and experience that he gained while growing up in Antigua and ST. Thomas Virgin Islands, as well as his national and international travel and exposure to other forms of music and interactions with other musicians.
